unreal he makes Ronnie look weak! ...just kiddin...I just got his new vid..he trains lighter and differently because his age but I ordered it anyhow cause I like reading his newsletters. he is an interesting guy. have not watched it yet cause it just cme today but I was in need for a couple new vids. I will order Ronnies as soon as it is available...does anyone know if it is out yet? SUP Ski? I have not posted here in a while because I was in a crabby mood but now I am snapping out of it...lol

Hey Cake, glad to see ya` coming back around bro,it`s been a while.I`ve been in a bit of a sh*tty mood myself lately, but I think I`m snapping out of it.If not, I`m going to make myself, because I`m tired of feeling so rotten.I guess it`s all in the attitude,I`m glad I`m coming around because nothing`s that bad in reality......I hope! ;D

it is a new vid he made a couple months ago. I found out ronnies vid will be out in early april. That should be crazy!
