Back to serious lifting, that is!
Finally got the post surgery finances fixed, spent 3 months sloowwwwly rebuilding core strength and flexibility in the old right arm, now I'm back to b*lls to the walls training.
I met with Trainer Tom and was up front and explicit. I need him to be a BODYBUILDING trainer and so far he's come through for me. forced reps, refuses to let me slack, and being an active partner in my progress again.
Nutrition guy Brandon has noticed the change in my attitude as well. I'm less focused on what others are doing and more into discovering what I can do. I used my down time to learn more about the cellular structure, how different supplements work, how other "supplements", legal and not, work. In turn, I learned how they act in my particular case.
Finally, in the gym I now have "street cred." I came back, and kept coming back, from an injury that has sidelined bigger guys than me. Guys and gals who held back and watched are offering to spot. Moreover, they are coming to ME for advice, for chrissakes!
So for the coming year it's gonna be solid bulking. Eating clean but big, already starting to wake up at midnight to eat, doing my supps and "supps" and watching magic happen.
Bodyfx, I have some questions for ya I'll post over in your area.
TIM, it's good to be home!

Well to be honest, you'll hear so much from me you'll probably end up banning me. Soon as I get home and get a nap done I'll post my current food plan with input requested, and post a list of my supps for Bodyfx to critique.
Finally, I'm going to start shows in 08. so I'll def need input from everyone on that.
Derrell Terrel insist I go in no lighter than light heavy due to my build and height. all my bloodwork is a-ok, so carrying 230 lbs off season is reasonable. again, more input is needed.

Great news, Brock. '08 sounds like a realistic goal.
When the time comes, give a shout with posing questions. My stuff is posted in the Prep section. Working with a guy now for Masters who has done powerlifiting and now is giving BB a shot.

Good to know , Darrell's not giving his posing and prep seminars this year, so I will need some real training and instruction.
