Looking at those pictures, my thoughts:
Dexter -
Wow, his muscles are so thick and full! Great v-taper, but damn those calves are unexcusably pitiful! They could be (and were in 1999) better than that! Does he ever train them? Looking at some comparison images on ironage, we discovered his calves were bigger in 1999!
Lee -
Looks good, but really lacks lat width. He needs to improve on only two things to go to the next level: lat width, pec size. His pecs are not thick/big enough either.
Gustavo -
He looks like he was in shape, but unlike the other two guys, he lacks that great "wow" shape. His body just looks good and muscular but nothing that makes you think about the mythical physique. His lats need to increase in width, his posing is awkward and his obliques a bit thick.
Haidar -
Why isn't he second in this contest?! He brought his back up (to where it was better than Lee Priest's in the comparison pics), and really he has only ONE weakness: forearms. That's IT! His posing is even pretty good. He's in great shape (cut not ripped - which I prefer), he's thick and full, VERY well proportioned - what are the judges not seeing?

I think Titus got a gift with placing 5th. and that Dave Henry shouls have placed ahead of him.Henry is gonna` make some noise in the future.It just goes to show that with a big name like Titus has politics help out immensely!
