I got sick yesterday after having my PWO whey + Wh baked potato. Thought it was just a fluke of some sort. Well today it happened again. Strange. My stomach bulged and I felt nausea's. Its horrible. Maybe the combo. Dunno...

That's really strange. The only thing I can think of is it could be a virus. Milk products may enduce vomiting in some people when a virus is present...that may be the case with you.

I though it was dehydration. Still could be. I am soooo depleted that the potato could be pulling water and making me sick. Dunno. Sucks though

there are a few things i can think of...
It could be your creatine, it could be because you worked out so hard you can't really eat without throwing up, it could be a stomach virus, the food is bad.
I had a stomach virus before...but any solid food i can't eat...so if its' just your pwo ...it probably isn't it. If you can eat your other meals no problem..its probably not stomach virus.

maybe you should try using some dextrose or maltodextrin.
Its like drinking ovaltine when mixed with chocolate protein.
