Best wishes to him for a speedy recovery.
The crushed vertebrae causing infection, however, is a little suspect. Don't worry, Mo, I don't think pushing hard in the gym will end you in a similar position.

I'm sure you are right Bob, it's just that this article-interview reminded me that i am not alway consequent: I live the bodybuilding lifestyle the healtiest way possible excepted in the gym! For exemple, I dont want to do any diet or supplements excess, i dont take steroides, i try to sleep well and control my stress level... but when i'm in the gym, i just try to be as intense as possible, even if it means working around an injury or pushing harder than ever even when i dont feel like it… cant be very good for the joints and the body in general... anyway… maybe i'll be smarter at Gerry's age ;D

This is a rewarding, but sometimes also a tough and cruel sport.
Hpoefully, Chris has been released from the hospital by now. But it will still be a long recovery for him. Get well soon, Chris!
P.S. Pro Mo, it will be a long time till you get to my age!! So smarten up now!! ;D
