what do you do if :
1. a person is on a gym equipment for a really long time and you had your routine planed out to use it.
2. someone asks you to spot them on benchpress in the middle of your "legs set"
3. Someone that spots you gives you "too much help" when you don't need it
4. a really beautiful girl asks you to flex your muscle
5. All the equipment at the gym is packed and in use!!!!
6. you forgot your Pwo shake at home after you finished working out.
7. when people don't put the weights they use back to where it belongs..making you have to take the weights off yourself so you can use it.
8. on the day of your contest..all the places you want to eat at are all closed!!!
9. someone farted around you while you're doing leg press ;D
10. you got into a car accident on your way to the gym.

what do you do if : 1. a person is on a gym equipment for a really long time and you had your routine planed out to use it. (Ask "How many left?" Then stare at them with the evil eye until they run back to curcuit training)2. someone asks you to spot them on benchpress in the middle of your "legs set" (No one has ever asked me anything in the MIDDLE of any set)3. Someone that spots you gives you "too much help" when you don't need it (Thats why I dont ask for a spot)4. a really beautiful girl asks you to flex your muscle (Not even going to touch this one)5. All the equipment at the gym is packed and in use!!!! (Never happened)6. you forgot your Pwo shake at home after you finished working out. (Go home and drink it)7. when people don't put the weights they use back to where it belongs..making you have to take the weights off yourself so you can use it. ( Hunt them down and slowly stick a sharp stick in each of their eyes)8. on the day of your contest..all the places you want to eat at are all closed!!! (OH MY)9. someone farted around you while you're doing leg press ;D (Same as 7, but this time its Bamboo shoots under their fingernails)10. you got into a car accident on your way to the gym. ( Uhhhhhhh,,, Uhhhhh..)

what do you do if : 1. a person is on a gym equipment for a really long time and you had your routine planed out to use it. (jump on it real quick once they stand up!)2. someone asks you to spot them on benchpress in the middle of your "legs set" (theres enough meatheads in my gym, they know better then to come to the leg room to ask for a spot on bench)3. Someone that spots you gives you "too much help" when you don't need it (punch them directly in the kidneys)4. a really beautiful girl asks you to flex your muscle (i pull my pants down ;D)5. All the equipment at the gym is packed and in use!!!! (do pushups and dips)6. you forgot your Pwo shake at home after you finished working out. (its where i leave it anyway)7. when people don't put the weights they use back to where it belongs..making you have to take the weights off yourself so you can use it. (im used to it by now, so now when im done, i ADD more plates so the next person has to unrack them)8. on the day of your contest..all the places you want to eat at are all closed!!!
