Thanks Randy,I`m excited because at this rate if the progress keeps coming,I`ll be as ripped as I was in 2001 and that was my goal,but I`m about 12 pounds heavier,so it`ll be a milestone since I was 46 in 2001 and am now 51. I knew I could do it,just a matter of getting things in order dietwise. Eating extremely light,and very low carbs,but maintaining power and even got stronger in some exercises. I think I got my second wind going on here as I had a lot of time since my last show. No matter how good or bad I may do,this is the last one for this year,then it`s time to build!! Watch out now!!!  I like that one!! LOL |

I`m pretty much good to go Joel,just have to adjust eating at times so I don`t peak too soon,but two weeks out and ready,is a good thing,so I have a bit more time to tweak things.
My computer problems are never ending, and this machine is my wifes,and only 7 months old!!
