everyone down here is a 'mate' or a 'bro'...women are usually referred to as 'chicks' which sounds a bit 60's to me 'gidday' is a greeting 'good on ya mate' well done 'rugger' rugby 'fatso' overweight 'Ocker' Australian 'beaut' referring to a car usually,looking great 'fush and chups' fish and chips 'McChuckies' McD's 'chilly bin' food cooler,Aussies call it an esky There are actually 3 meanings to the word 'Kiwi' -the fruit -the native bird -the New Zealander Anyone from Auckland is know as a JAFA Just Another F****n Aucklander or as I call it Dorkland-we have a love hate relationship with NZ's 'Queen' city.... Now try saying these.... I'll bet you'll have fun!! ;D

LOL, thanks to hanging out with JBig on the boards I've already picked up some of the "kings English" as we "mericans" say, LOL. A few of my other favs (although I don't know if you Kiwi's use them) are "bum," "bloody," and "shag." Doesn't anyone say "pip pip, tally ho, maiter and pater, and all that rubbish" anymore? ?
