What would you do if, 2 years from now, you qualified for a contest where the top prize is $5,000 and they informed you that for the posing round you were required to wear a costume and have a theme?

That would be a good chunk of change for a guy like me ,but I would have to bow out.I don`t even have to think about this at any length. This sport means a lot to me ,in many different ways, althoug I can really do very little to change things by myself I am in a position as a competitive bodybuilder to be able to choose whether I would do things that I think are detrimental to the longevity of bodybuilding.I think the whole props idea is ridiculous and I wouldn`t ascribe to it in any way.Money or not I have certain beleifs and this is one of them.I`m just an old school type of guy when it comes to this sport, and that was good enough for many before me.I`m all for changing with the tiomes up to a point and this is where that point begins on this issue.I`ve been to NABF amatuer show`s where they used props and it was a farce IMO.One guy came out dressed as Dracula.Ridiculous.If I want to see Dracula I`ll wait until October! ;D

YAY! I agree wholeheartedly! There are certain things for which money would not compensate. I could never get up on stage and degrade bodybuilding like that.
