Troy looks great. It looks to me like his arms/delts have gotten huge lately!!

He looks fantastic! (to quote Arnold!) To me, he needs a tad more chest, and to harden up his lower rear...that's only to hold his own against todays standards. I'd be pleased as Penny to look like that tomorrow...or any day for that matter!

Thanks for posting this Tim!
I agree, small waist, athletic physique, excellent proportions (Almost as good as Joel's) and good conditionning… what today's IFBB pro should look like!
But i also second Youngblood's comments… if there is something he could do to improve, it's in my opinion is chest's thickness and back poses hardness!

Very aesthetic physique-one of the best in the biz! There aren't many with that X shaped symmetry these days....

I love his physique, but he better dry out QUITE A BIT if he wants top 10. Troy is the kind of guy that needs to be VERY conditioned to best the bigger athletes. He needs those thighs and glutes to harden up much more or he will end up overlooked.

Itotally agre Eric.......for the next two weeks he better be as serious as a heart attack in the middle of a good nights sleep...................then if he is dry,he should do well as he look amazing.

Troy has always been a positive role model for the sport and deserves to be on the O stage.
He has gotten bigger, but not at the expense of his aesthetic look. Agree about needing to be a bit tighter and drier. What will get him noticed with all the mass freaks will be top conditioning.
Will be a battle for 3-10, but wish him well.
