Sounds good Brock! How much did you gain this year? I looked at my chart from my first cancer doc exam post surgery. I tore the distal bicep tendon in late November 05 and got it repaired right before xmas. January 2006- 180. Last Thursday. 195. I was bigger immediatly post prohormone cycle but was real strict with pct, so evidently I lost just around 5 lbs. From what Brandon has told me getting that much quality mass and reducing the post op gut is a very good thing. Alot of this I also attribute to finally getting into my head that cardio help me keep and solidify my gains and core training helps me handle heavier weight. Who'da thunk? Brock

I'm at 190- better watch out because I'm right behind ya. weight is relative as you and I know. 195 on a guy 5ft 4 is a whole lot different from someone 5ft8. thats why Brandon is so insistent we put as much mass on me as possible before I plan any shows.

For the first years of lifting I really didn't do any cardio but these last 4 years or so I make sure that I do some cardio after each and every workout I believe that it does help the blood flow through the muscles and makes them "mature" better faster. 5'4" at 195 jezzzus I thought I gained at lot at 5'5" at 160lbs. LOL.
KEEP IT UP!!!!!!!!!

Yikes !
ok Ill break this down to nutritional, non andro and andro/anabolic
nutritional: food Nu blend time release protein Cyto mass gainer Optimen vitamins CoQ-10 L-carnitine flaxseed oil L-glutamine
Non andro- no-explode cellmass nitrix cortisol blocker
Andro- Phera-plex or similar Prostanozol (Winztrol) run the pp in a 10/20/20(30)/20(30) with a one week overlap of the prostanozol, then 6 weeks pct with Gaspari Nova.
this stacked on my permenant HRT of androgel one percent.
any further details needed pm me.
