I acquired AMERICAN STRENGTH LEGENDS website from Justin McShane early this year .I registered it with Register .com and am hosting it with
IPower.I cannot seem to upload it.Can I hire anyone to upload it? Thanks

what are you tryin to do? if you registered it they should have giveing you an IP address and an FTP address (FTP = File Transfer Protocol) that is where you upload your files onto the hosting site. If you need anymore help shoot me a pm and I'll help you out.
