We used to joke about a guy I used to play hockey with. We told him he should give up on the game while he didn't have too many years into it yet.
There was no chance he would ever go anywhere in hockey with a name like POST!!!!

I Met him at the NABBA Nationals...besides being an outstanding athlete, he is a really nice guy, husband and father. My wife and I observed him with his family, and he seems to be an all around nice guy! When he won the overall at the Nationals, his wife so so excited, that she screamed and ran back stage to wait for him and give him a great big hug and kiss...tanning oil and all! You are all correct...he is going to be one to watch for in the future! Go Freddie..Go Freddie!!! ;D  |

he's from delaware we used to train at the training center together,i remember when he competed in the anbc very nice guy.glad to see him doing so good.i think he inspired me to comeback
