A guy said, "You look pretty big. Can I ask your advice? What sort of training program are you on?" No one has ever asked me for advice before. I'm stoked!!! I'm sure my excitement is worthy of lots of but you guys must remember how good it felt. I'm walkin' on sunshine baby! I'm going to train legs now. Yeah!!!!!! (Thanks for listening. I had to tell somebody who'd get it!)

As GerryT said you must be making some good solid gains and it shows to others. These type of compliments will help the mental psyche make you work out harder and diet easier. Have a great leg day!

Thanks guys. I've got a long, long way to go to get anywhere near the physiques on this board. I'll probably never attain most WOTW physiques given my genetics and age, but it was a great boost. Felt like I'd passed my first milestone. I was so stoked, I talked to the guy for about ten minutes. I think he was starting to regret asking! I was tempted to tell him to eat walnut shells, but I didn't think he'd see the humor in it later on.

JR,theres a guy down here in NZ doing his first bb'ing show in a fortnight and he's 69-looks pretty awesome too...I guess for most of us we have to put in ALOT of time and effort to build the type of physique that we desire so its nice to get a little recognition sometimes

Speaking of genetics I thought I would never set foot on stage being 140lbs soak and wet when being contest ready but I finally did when I turned 30 in 1999. Just keep plugging away at it and set littles goals at a time. I use to set goals that were just about impossible to get to and it just made me frustrated, but I learned from that mistake. You will obtain the physique you thrive for in time.
