Hey TJ, was trying to find the new article but when I got to your homepage I couldn't find the link? It looked like there might have been links across the bottom but they kept appearing only as unclickable lines?
How's things? I know your last show is in about 4 weeks, any changes, or just trying to maintain?

Hey Ken,I`m just sticking to my diet and training hard.Hopefully i can get a little tighter.How`s the move to Kansas going?I just went to my site and it was OK.At times you do have to wait until it downloads.Try again when you get a chance.  |

Hi Ken, I saw your link on amass.com and checked out your web site. I love it, great articles. I really enjoyed your article about you and your cousins. I wonder why they no longer train though?

Hey Lefty,Thanks for joining the forum.My cousins played every sport there was and were good at all of them.I kind of kept us together as far as training went and when I moved from Florida they stopped.They trained very hard and blew right past me as far as development was concerned.They were two of the best training partner`s I ever had.
