State of Oklahoma 5% pay raise kicked in, half of which is going into a retirement plan beyond my pension.
back from the specialists with blood work. The results are:
Triglycerides and Cholesterol are back to normal. Hemocrit and BP are a bit high but to be expected with long term exposure to androgenics (my hrt).
Waist is down two inches.

He saw no problems with my wanting to get bigger so long as my other numbers stay this good.
I asked him what he thought had happened that gave me this sudden growth spurt.
He chalked it up to
Diet
Consistency
Attitude
Proper Supplementation
and one wild card. By having surgery I kick started my body into producing more growth hormone to repair the damage. By getting back in the gym as fast as I did and keeping consistent I've maintained the GH output and am utilizing it to the fullest. Another thing he mentioned was that by having my sick tooth pulled I removed a major source of toxins that were partially undoing alot of the good.
All I know is both he and his nurse went "oh my God" when I pulled my shirt off. ;D #arockon6ha#
