I feel weak as a kitten, and have just been laying in bed all day, not able to move much or even eat. I can't even sleep. I haven't been sick in 3 years and now, 1 week before the biggest exam of my life (liscening test for grad. school) I get this sh*t. Anybody have any flu remedies or tips? I've been drinking alot of water, fruit juices (apple juice, gatorade), and fruit/veggies. Also some chicken noodle soup, etc.

I had it last Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I usually put on some sweat pants a shirt and two sweat shirts get under 2 blankets and sweat my a** off for a couple of hours to kill what is making me feel bad. Drink some Orange juice with that water as well.

SWEAT! SWEAT! SWEAT! Another thing that works for those chills-a HOT BATH!!!!! Hope you feel better soon!!!!!!
