Thanks everyone!
I just got home from an out of town visit to a customers.
I was in Alabama for a couple of days.
I actually left yesterday morning, on my birthday to be there. My boss was with me and made sure I had a good time after work was done.
I tried to stay "good" only three beers - Purple Haze from Abita brewers, good stuff but veeerrrrryyyyy easy to drink too many.
I had meetings all day and delays with the flight so here it is almost 1 am and I'm just checking in!
No workouts this week but I did catch a light one Sat and Sun. Even squatted very light on Sun. The back is feeling much better, almost perfect, maybe in another week I'll be back to serious weight training. I want to be 10000% sure I am ready. Just a little more weight this weekend and we'll see.
My wife had 2 CD's waiting for me - Dylan's new one (I'm sure hoss already has that too!) and A Johnny Cash cd. That and a nice yellow cake w/ chocolate frosting. mmmm................
So aside from being away from my lovely wife it was a good birthday.
