I have checked in off and on, but I have been really busy. Work, ,training and everything else thrown in there. Coming up on a small rut in bodybuilding. Sort of hit a wall. I am still training like a mad man, but eating has became a real chore. As many of you know. sTill going ,but damn it gets tiring. Went hunting last weekend and killed the largest bull elk of my life. He is a monster. So I am pretty pumped about that. Home life is still rough and crappy. I go deer hunting in the morning. I am sure bodybuilding will hit back on track once the hunting is out of the way.
I am still here, just been busy. I miss yacking with you guys and gals.

I hear ya man. I was in that rut for about 9 months also and one day I woke up and said I am back 100%. for the past 6 weeks I havent missed a meal or workout. Once a full blown bodybuilder always a bodybuilder. You will be at 100% again in no time.

usualy my ruts mean there is something else in my life thats out of kilter. Once I address that i get a better attitude again. Another thing is I get real bad fal allergies and I have to remind myself to eat since the allergy med I take supresses appetite.

Great to see everything is ok! After being 100% into it for a while as you were, i believe it's normal to experiment something like this, especially when in addition to it, we are busy with work! So go deer hunting and make sure you'll bring back lot of lean meat... you'll need it when motivation to eat 8 meals a day will be back Mo
