Randy, Sounds great! You would have smoked them on Saturday! Even after the 4 sandwiches I'm reading everybodies comments - very interesting. I can't wait to get to the same level as all of you regarding knowledge, it's quite the learning process.

Maybe with 5 sandwiches I could have pulled it off... HA!! Thanks Scrat Meister, but there was some serious talent there. I will better myself to become more competitive with such talent though...

Randy - good idea. Hey, PM me your email address. I've got some off season ideas I'd like to shoot off you. I know you were keeping your carbs low and I"m so carb sensitive I"m going to do the same this "off" season. I'd love to shoot ideas off each other.

What? No pizza??? Randy, you must be serious! LOL I'm definitely going to stay lean this off season. Its just too hard to lose all that fat. I bulked up last year as high as 225lbs. and it got me nowhere! I weighed in at my show at exactly the same weight as last time! I think bulking up is ok for guys when they are younger and need to gain a foundation of muscle but after 30+ yrs. of training I can't see doing it again! You're right its all about conditioning. I already knew that but when I got to my show this year that was the deciding factor! I promise to be shredded next yr! Bring it on, Randy!

Where did I say NO PIZZA??? I am planning to cycle carbs just like my contest diet , but withy higher calories. Maybe similar to the Anabolic diet. This leaves plenty of room for PIZZA
