Hey guys, I wanted to let you guys know thanks to many of your support to keep me going I was selected as bodybuilding.com transformation of the week. I sent them pics of me from jan when i was 220 and my pics recently and they thought it was great and picked me. I just got done with their write up and I hope to see it soon. Wanted to let my WOTW family know.
