Last national qualifier in NYC for 2006. Will be held Saturday, November 4th. Prejudge at 10:30AM and finals at 7PM. Qualifier for bodybuilding, fitness and figure. For more info, check out www.bevfrancis.comAnyone in the NYC are, hope to see you there! |

Only made it to night show. It was long; went from 7:15 till 10 minutes to midnight. Tough on the open men who have to go on that late.
Vince Taylor did a great guest pose job. Gunter was ill and had to decline. In attendacne were Victor Martinez, Dave Palumbo and Jason Arntz (he is doing NY Pro in May).
Some very good masters competitors (24 in all). Several guys and ladies (most notably Elena Seiple did this show as a warm up or qualifier for this weekend's Nationals.

That show was way too long. In fact the last few amatuers shows I have seen have been too long.

I can relate... in a show i did in 2004... pre-judging started at 9:00 Am and the night show finished aftet midnight!  A 16 hours competing day for the athlete... and a 5 hours show for the audiance... ridiculous! Thanks for the info Gerry! |
