Hi guys. It has been awhile since I posted. My home pc isn't working very well, so I am using my work laptop.
Basically my work has kept me very busy. Working 6 days a week. I actually have been averaging 65-70 hours a week and there was one week back in September in which I worked 85 hours in 5 days.
Having said that I haven't had much time to post. Things are begining to look up a little, but the next two months will probably be just as bad.
My nephew called me. He is 17 years old and wants bodybuild. This is really cool for me because they way he lifts and talks just like I did at his age. He has me very motivated to hit the weights hard again. I'm looking forward to coaching him.
anyway I'm back and its good to be back.

Hi Steve!
85 hours in 5 days!!! This is a lot of work... i hope you are still able to find time for you buddy!
If your nephew gets interested in bodybuilding, i'm sure you'll be a great coach for him... and as you said, it can also be a motivation source for you! I dont know if you two were close before, but a hobby like that can create a solid friendship between you!
Good to hear from you...

How wierd... I've also been working 9+ hours a day (on my feet) and it's not easy. Neglecting the boards However, I just quit to start my own computer business. More money, less effort, on my own time... What's not to like? Expect to see me around a little more often.
