My supplements only consist of protein powders, and every so often something more exotic like creatine- which I only use about once every 12-18 months.
1-Muscle Milk Mocha Joe Protein 2- Dorian Yates Pro-Peptide Protein 3- Satur8 by ISS Research 4- GLC2000 for my joints, haven't used it in a couple years though. 5- A custom blended protein from many of the net companies I use.

I usually end up disapointed in supp's and my closet looks like the land of misfit supp's, but recently I ordered a bunch.
1) NO Shotgun 2) Nectar strawberry/kiwi 3) Glutaform 4) Fenotest 5) Anagen
Mybe a waste, but we will see. Something is working right now. Dont know if its as simple as training and diet. I will drop everything soon and see if the gains keep up. I gotta say that the NO shotgun is addictive though.

Now- Liquid Lecithin or Lecithin Granules Showing your age there Timmy!!! I've used Nectar before, but I couldn't get into the taste. Sometimes I think the good ole Vanilla/Straw/Choc flavors are the best. The Nectar flavors are just too sweet for my taste buds.

I was about to say that i did not recognize 90% of those supplements listed! I also prefer to invest my money on food... but i do use Protein powder or bars and Multi-Vitamines (And in some occasions during the year No Explode or Creatine Monohydrate)
