To save hijacking anybodys journals i thought i'd better say hello to you guys in my own space
Some won't know me but theres others that will remember my prescence here. Something about my speedos seems to remind people of me ;D
So, congrats to all the guys that have been having success this year. Whether that is through taking all the trophies home or making good progress with your training! Its good to see that WOTW is keeping up the superb atmosphere, i'll be back before you know it . . . . and maybe even some proper speedo shots ;D
So why have i been gone for so long? Well some of you guys know about my relationship breakdown earlier this year? Well i couldn't stay online because my ex stopped paying the internet bill Things went downhill, training became random and eating went to ruin. Drinking, getting high and getting into trouble once again became the habit. Then professionally diagnosed with bipolar disorder, which was no surprise. I have faced homelessness, unemployment, mental illness, getting wasted and feeling like crap
But no more a victim, i refuse to end up back in jail wasting my life. I've spent thousands of pounds of savings, but i'm now desperately trying to get a job that will help my regain my confidence. Got a roof over my head now, cut down on the drinking and once this last bit of weed is finished then thats the end of it.
My goal is to get a job asap, then buy a laptop so i can get on here and chat with you guys again. I'm at the library at the moment, looking for jobs online and couldn't resist logging on to WOTW. The search engine made me go through the links of Jennifer Searles site to get here #acoolpics0ui#
Training has been very scrappy, got my bench in a friends garage but will have it in my garage in the next couple of months so can train more consistent. Diet has been ok, think i lost something like 10lbs? Thats no drama though, looking as though i lost some fat along with a little muscle. To be honest i got a good base to build on again.
So my buddies here on WOTW, once again i thank you sincerely for your best wishes and support in what has been a tough year. I look forward to being in touch over the next couple of months . . . and if i do dissappear for a short time its just that i'm working and trying to get my sh*t together.
