Good thread. I just got my MP3 player. i like alot of rock. i just got anthrax - king size, wow awesome song to pump to.
and i like some club music and a good song that gets me going is the song from Jarhead. "Jesus Walks"

Yeah Karrie . #arockon6ha# I see you like AC DC too . Great song. It's one of my favourites. Clawfinger - Biggest & The Best is another GREAT song to work out.

I currently have these bands in my mp3 player.
metallica 4 whole albums megadeth songs from just about every album anthrax 2 whole albums rob zombie 1 song korn 1 song but will be adding about 3 albums worth when i get the time
that about does it ;D

What is really cool is that it has a random feature on it. So i get to listen to different songs instead of having to listen to 1 album at a time

It seems that rock music is the favourite genre of bodybuilders. I wonder why. Maybe because it is more agressive and you need agression in the gym. It's like an agression supplement.

I have quite the arrangement on my mp3 player. ranges from classical, techno to all out thrash metal and everything in between. I reallly enjoy all types during my workout.
