is SHUT DOWN!
Man i've lived in the southern plains all my life and it's been eons since the whole state has come to a standstill due to weather.
It started Wed AM. I went to the gym at 5:45 it was 64 deg. when I left at 7 it was 48. It rained on and off all day, then at 7 pm the freezing rain started. That continued to around 3 am Thursday when the snow started. That continued to midnight last night.
I-44, closed. I-40, closed. I-35, closed. Tulsa and OKC airports open but half the flights cancelled. All schools, all non essential government offices closed. National guard was called out to patrol the roads and rescue the trapped.
right now it's a whopping 10 degrees
High is only going to be mid twenties, tonights low is going to be around 8.
Guess who is staying home, eating, fixing low net carb oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and decaf latte's?
Good thing I have my treadmill and dumbell set!
stay warm
Brock

Ouch. That sucks. I thought it was bad in Ohio. It rained for about 24 straight hours and dropped from 65-35 from yesterday to today. But that's nothing. Hope it gets better.
