As of today through April its on! My diet starts today for my 2 shows in April. My excitement is throught the roof. I've been counting down the days for this day to hit. I am ready for the ride and hopeing to kick some major ass in April. As i said," IT ON BABY!"

Here is a sample of what some of my days look like.. meal 1 10 egg whites 1/2c oats meal 2 (pre w/o) no shotgun and whey shake meal 3 post w/o regen x followed by whey shake and 20-40g carbs meal 4 4-6oz. lean meat veggies sm. sweet tater or brown rice meal 5 4 oz lean meat veggies meal 6 usually 10 egg whites meal 7(if needed) whey shake
