At the gym today I saw a bunch of people I never saw before. The first one who got my attention was a 7 foot guy that look like Jaws from the James bond movie from years ago. First thought was is there a monster convention going on in town. Then I saw I guy that I noticed from T.V. so I looked at his Tattoo and looked up the WWE wrestling and it matched a guy named Batista.
I stood next to a couple of these guys and man T.V. Really makes these guys look bigger than they actually are. Since I am 5'5" and sized up to these so called giants pound for pound, this expirience really helped motivate me to keep up my training and kick ass in 2007!

You're right, it's a great source of motivation… but Carl, dont forget that the WWE always lies on their wrestler's stats! For exemple, do you remember a guy they called "X-Pac"? He had the shape of Daniel San from Karate kid and I remember they said he was 235lbs.... No way

I remember when a bunch of wrestlers came to my gym years ago......they looked huge at first ,but next to the guys in the gym, they looked like crap.
Ted Arcidi was huge and strong though, and he did some skullcrushers with 3 plates a side for ridiculously easy reps.
