The begining of a new year presents us with the opportunity to look ahead and be thankfull for what we have
I want to say thank you for Gerry-your one of the nicest guys I have ever met, sratch that you are the nicest guy. We are brothers Tim- The Man- I cannot say thank you enough for the board you have created and the community that has followed. There is no other board on the net like this one. How we have managed to keep the trolls away is something I never know. This board is like the best kept secret on the net! I really feel like we have a nice community of self respecting contributors. We are one big happy family!! Thanks to you! Youngblood-thanks for the laughs and the posts Mo-The true master of intensity. I cannot compare with you physique wise, but if you ever find your self in Pittsburgh, I'll challenge you to a workout! (you'll probably kick my ass, but it will be one for the record books!) Beckie and Kerrie- You two have been like angels to me in my time of need. Your insightfull advice has helped on the road of recover. Thank you so much
Big Mike- Glad your one of us!
To all the others I have left off know that I enjoy reading everyone of your post and truely believe we are family.
Looking ahead. When I am well I will embark on several things to improve my life. One challenge that I look forward to is coaching my nephew for his first contest. The other challenges will be to get back into good shape. I need to get my weight down to 220 or less. (currently 290). I also need to spend more time with my kids Damian-14 and Savion 9, and not to mention rekindle the romance between me and my wife Denise. We have been married for 18 years, and I lost site recently of just how important she is to me. Fotunately I realized before it was too late. NoW its time to make up for it.
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ONE AND ALL AND HAVE A PROSPEROUS ONE TOO!!!!!!!
ps do more reviews!
