That was the first thought that went through my head.... So I'm really hoping that he's been hacked and not just whacked!

Okay, I'm apparently not seeing the same avatar as you guys are! (My first response to all of this, not trying to avoid anything). When I linked my avatar to the site, it was supposed to be a girl dancing with headphones on, with very suggestive attire. That is still what I see. Maybe it's changed? Either way, I'm changing it to something from another site right now. I had this trouble with another avatar from the same site.

You might want to check that your browser hasn't been hijacked too, could be why you can't see whats happening!

Whoever may be online now (Beckie?), is it now an evil joker mask grinning and animated?

Wow that's much better! BTW the old avatar was someone opening their butt and pooping in someones mouth. I luckily the pic is very small so it's hard to make out.
I suggest you use Spybot and Ad-Aware every day on your computer. Too much hijacking going on these days on the internet.

The other avatar I uploaded was that, but I was able to see it, and that's why I changed it to what I thought I had. I think the site (gifdump.com) was probably out to pull a prank on someone. Sorry folks, had I realized what it was, it wouldn't have been posted in the first place. Tim PM'd me and let me know there was a problem, I responded- but at the time I replied back to him, I still thought it was the dancing girl.

But the sites name might have been a little hint gifDUMP? You would think, right? However, a lot of sites in the www have odd names that refer to different things. I thought "Dump" might just be where people decide to make their avatars and "dump" them. Oh well, the avatars that they had there, were really cool, apparently you just can't connect to them.

Just thought I'd add my 2 cents here.
Some sites don't allow remote linking to their images, and when the server detects a request for an image coming from a web page not hosted in the same site, it replaces it with a different image. Usually the image just says something like "remote hosting not allowed", but really it can be anything. The person who posts the image usually found it by browsing the original site, so the image gets cached by their browser - which means that person never realizes the image isn't showing because to them it IS showing (thanks to the browser using the cached version).
It doesn't sound like you were hacked. It sounds like a sick sense of humour by the people at gifdump.com.
