Hello guys! Well I gotta toot my own horn here tonight. I weighed in at the gym today and I was totally thrlled- I have hit the 200 pound mark! Best part is I still feel the gains are coming and I'm sure to continue the trend!
I called my wife from the gym -ha.. she told me that when I called she thought that something "had happened"... i told her well YES- I hit 200!!
Right when I stepped off the scale WOTW came to mind and I just wanted to tell you guys. I'm having the time of my life!
