Thanks man now I can get the ball moving on a new job. GOOD going man!!! For me I'm someone who doesn't like change jobwise but also never been one to sit around there if I"m not happy. Good luck! My interview is Thurs (tomorrow) as well. I think us WOTW'ers will rule the day!

Well had the interview and feel like I totally biffed it. I mumbled and bumbled my words- TOTALLY nervous. We'll see. I am still confident but have resigned myself to the fact that if I dont' get the job then it wasn't meant to be.

Great news my friend! What kind of work do you do? Brock Brock- I was saying, in other words, that I think I totally screwed up the interview. BUT oh well- we'll see. I am an Accountant and was applying for a Director postion at an organization I would love to work for. I'll keep you all posted.

Well I'm happy to revive this thread and here is why:
I did NOT get this job - they hired someone else- turns out she knew nothing and she quit on her own. I was called back and I'm starting there on May 1st and their Director of Accounting. I'm very excited as is my family. While this new job will still be alot of work, it won't have the strict deadlines that my current company has so any extra hours I work can be arranged around the workout schedule. It's a small company and I already really like whom I'll be reporting to (the CEO).
A funny note for Gerry and any other Accountants here:
The girl they had hired was a "self-taught" accountant. They knew something was up when she asked someone "When you do a journal entry, if you put the number on the 'left" then why do you have to put in on the 'right'? Isn't that redundant?"
HAHAHA... Assets-Liabilities = Owners' Equity.
