This past weekend we watched two ficks.
The first was the Squid and the Whale which was recomended to me by one of my clients. It was different. Good flick though. About a family going through a divorce. Interesting.
"Jeff Daniels makes for a haunting Brooklyn professor who's well past his prime, and Laura Linney is his writer wife on the brink of stardom in Noah Baumbach's honest look at the disintegration of a marriage. With their lives headed for distinctly opposite directions, the two can't help but be acrimonious about their impending separation. Unfortunately, their two children are stuck in the middle of the emotional warfare"
The second movie we watched was a kids movie. MONSTER HOUSE... Cool cocept. Fun stuff. Makes me want to go Trick or Treating again.

Last thing I saw was the new Rocky Flick...
Not too bad...Sly is still in pretty good shape, and pulled off looking like a mature boxer very well.
Decent story line.
Made me want to go to the gym and hit another workout!

Terry saw Hostel (I caught the end of it) and he thought it was pretty interesting. We did see House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects....both by Rob Zombie...VERY disturbing...the second one was much better than the first one BUT you have to see the first one to see the 2nd. GRUESOME!!!! One movie that had a disappointing ending BUT up to the ending was good was An American Haunting.

Recently I watched "Click" with Adam Sandler, and "The Naked Mile." Both were decent movies. The former, was worth it just for the way Kate Beckinsdale looks in that movie. Sweetheart to the nth degree! The "Naked Mile" was just another "American Pie" type movie, nothing special, but I did get a few chuckles out of it. For those of you talking about gore films and being sick, there was a movie I watched a little less than a year ago, that was just twisted in many ways. It was a French flick, but I'm drawing a blank on it. I may have made a post (I recall doing so) about it when I saw it. Something like "the Heist" but not that movie! I can't think of it.
