Well I am doing it! I am entering a figure comp May 26th! I am excited, NERVOUS, but ready to do my best. I don't expect much but I will try my hardest to prepare. We (Eric and me) have 16 weeks. Wish me luck!!

AWESOME!!!!! Keep us posted on the progress - how about posting some posing pics so we can see the progress? Which contest and where is it being held?

Contest prep is tough. Hell actually. But a special kind of hell. You'll soon find out what I mean.
I see there are a lot of seasoned competition vets here. You know you'll always have a sympathetic ear. If you're like me, you'll need it!

Thanks ALL!! I am very very excited. I am even more nervous. But I think it will be a good experience for me. I am sure I will be asking for help, support, advice, a shoulder to eat. LOL!! Anyway D day is Sunday... official prep begins. Contest is MAY 26 in Islip Long Island. I think it will be small, which is what we want for my first time. Hmmm now that sentence could be taken two ways! ;D |

Wow, the less I can say is that Sapph's life has been exciting for the last couple of months… and it keeps going with this awesome news!!! I'm happy for you Shapp, as you know, this new project will be very demanding, but at the end, you'll be proud of the result! From what I see about you here, the competition aspect of the game is something made for you!

Thanks all! I am getting more and more excited! Eric had me order a slew of supps. Fat burner, BCAAs, etc. I will list them when I get them.
