I love doing any movement HEAVY........ I don't enjoy doing any movement light!! Please........I'm NOT making a statement on the effectiveness of heavy vs. light training! Just me!

Surprisingly, a lot of you seem to hate curls… I would have believe the opposite! Mine: Love - Incline dumbel press Love - Pec dec Love - Alternate dumbel curls Love - Legs extentions Love - Dumbel Side raises There is no exercise I hate, but here are those i like less... Less - Pull over Less - kick back Less - Dips Less (hate ) - Any cardio equipment Less - Chin up

Love: Squats (yea, I', weird like that!) Any curls Bench Presses (used to hate these, but we got "re-aquainted") DIps DB Presses cardio (told ya I'm weird like that) Hate: upright rows = hurts elbows squat thrusts = ruch bp weighted step ups = rush bp

Hate: Any ab work Any type of decline Any type of curling,although I`m pretty strong on them for my size Barbell Rowing Most Hammer Strength Machines

Hate: most isolation movements most machines abs cardio any movement thats causing pain or injury!
