I'll be appearing at the 2007 Arnold Classic Expo in Columbus, Ohio this coming Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 2nd – 4th. You can find me at the Europa Sports Products booth. I'll be bringing my first official T-shirt, which has been a long time coming. You can see the very simple, if not cryptic, design at:

On Saturday, March 3rd, from 12 noon – 4 pm, my old friend and training partner, Dan Padilla will join me at the booth. It's the first time that Danny has done a sit-down appearance with me. He usually just wanders around the Expo and hides when he sees somebody coming that he doesn't want to talk to. You can see what Danny is up to these days at:

I spoke last week with both Sergio Oliva and Mike Katz. They both told me that they'd be attending the Expo as well.
My old friend Frank Zane, who's been training hard and getting into some of the best shape of his life at age 64, will also be at the Expo. He recently reminded me of a 1970s television appearance that I did with his wife Christine when we were all in Hawaii together. As usual, I played the strong, silent, Charles Bronson type and poor Christine was left to do all of the talking. You can see how great Frank is looking now on the cover of the winter issue of his self-published magazine at: www.frankzane.com/winter_cover.jpg
Jeff Preston, the artist who created the beautiful illustration for the cover of my posing DVD, has put together an impressive line-up of other bodybuilders from my era. Among my friends that will be appearing at his IronAge booth will be:
Anibal Lopez - www.AnibalLopez.com
Richard Baldwin - www.legendaryfitness.com/Richard.htm
Leon Brown - leonbrown.blog.com/BROWN+BOMBER/
Jeff and his crew have also put together a dinner and awards ceremony for the evening of Thursday, March 1st that will pay tribute to the great Chuck Sipes. You can find out more about that event at:

I hope to see all of my old friends and make a few new ones this coming weekend in Ohio. See you there!
