Gotta love Depeche Mode and those Stock + Wakeman mixes (Kylie Minogue, Donna Summer, Rick Astley, Bananarama) B

I am sooooo out of touch! I don't even know who 90% of the names listed here are!
I much prefer music I simply like listneing to. I don't use it to get pumped up for the workout. I can workout with no music like Keith or have something playing. When it comes time to really hit the weight I can't hear it anyway. Yesterday was legs and every set I did I was so focused on the task at hand that I didn't even know the radio was on.
I would like to have some reggae (Bob Marley, Carlos Jones, etc) in the background along with Dylan and the Dead. Possibly some Jack Johnson. I would really love to have some jam-band music being played such as Ekoostic Hookah, JiMiller Band, Leftover Salmon, etc, etc but very few people can apprecite it so I just keep the GOOD stuff for myself!!!!

If people listened to the stuff that came out of my Ipod you all prob run. I love stuff like Disturbed, Hatebreed, Rage, OLD metallica thats black album and before, Static X, Killswitch engage, Slipknot. Then total 180 and rock biggie, 2pac, Dmx, Jay Z. When I do long periods of cardio I'll put on some trance or house techno.

Ok:
I have a new good one: Hoobastank. For a I know the name of this group could mean something perverted but whateer- the music is good. For whoever knows their music, they have one called "If I were you". My wife and I were having a little bit of a squabble over some things and I played it for her... she wasn't amused at what it says. ha... but we're done squabbling. She came home later from Costco with a $&tload of chicken for me so.... maybe my point came accross? Ha
