I dont know if i'll be able to see me in it... but I'm one of the soldier in the movie! Some parts of the it were done in Montreal so I've been asked to be an "extra" (is this the right english word?) for those sequences.
The movie seems very good, i'm going to see it this week!

It got two thumbs up on Ebert and Roper last night. That being said, the local paper made two points.
That the bloodthirsty, demonic, larger than life Xerxes in the 300 is the same Xerxes portrayed as the wise warrior priest king in "One night with the King". Different tellers, different views.
Also, Miller told the story as he imagined a survivor would have told it years down the line. everyone is larger than life, supremely good or supremely evil.
very cool that you were a bit player, Mo. How did you like trying to work in a full greenscreen environment?

I saw this last night and man it's bad ass. Think of it as gladiator but with like more special effects and stuff. I thought it was kinda long but I def enjoyed it. Mo your an extra well you FIT the SPARTA body ahah all those guys were in shape I'll tell you that. If you like some good motavational one liners, tons of killing, some humor. Mo kicking some ass GO watch 300. It's pretty graphic so be warned.

Guys, you have no idea how the Spartan costumes look CHEAP when looking at them live… thanks God, there is some post-production effects to fix that  |

Loved this movie. One of the all time favorites. I watched it twice last weekend. It's a great story.
If you get a chance the history channel has the whole story and it's amazing. I think the real story is better then the movie.

well... I gotta admit I won't see this movie- I am a violence wimp!... so there.. I admitted it to the WOTW gang! ha...
Mo- I think it's really cool though that you got to be an extra. Let me know when you're in another movie with less chopping,stabbing, etc.. and I'll go see it! ;D

Oh and I have a softer movie for you In 2008 i'll be appearing in "I'm not there" with Cate Blanchett... but I still dont know why they asked me to do it… I didn't have to show my chest or any muscle once during the filming ;D |

OK, FINALLY saw 300 today.
I guess being in the military for 14 years helps me appreciate the Spartan lifestyle.
Definatley a MANS movie ~ NOT a "chick-flick!"
It will bring me some motivation at the gym tommorrow, that's for sure!
