Back in November my Nephew (17) asked if I could help him decide if he was ready to do a show.
SO I went over to his house and took a look. He's 6'0" and big, about 250 lbs at the time. So I put him on the type of diet that Tim talks about all the time. Your basic 60% protein, 30% carb, 10% fat diet with a low, medium, and high day. He is 7 weeks out right now and he is currently weighing in around 210. He is looking good, and over the next weeks he should start really looking good.
We are really going for conditioning for his first time out, and will take all of next year to fill out and look good.
I will see if he wants to post pics and we can show his progress.
This is all very exciting for me, since I once competed. He reminds me of myself when I was his age, the only differenance was how much more he is dedicated.

Sometimes helping someone and seeing positive results is just as satisfying and making them yourself. Wish him luck for me.
