Hit my legs sunday instead on monday due to i have to be at my sons school today for an easter party. While there, a personal trainer there, who is also an npc judge, gave me some huge props on how i looked. She will be one of the judges at my show on the 28th. Man what a boost it gave me during my workout. Whe Even complemented on my calves which i thought sucked. OH BRING ON THE SHOWS THIS MONTH! YEAH BABY!!!!!!!!!!! #arockon6ha# #bflexsmiley1vs#

Glad to hear that Hoop!!
It really does make a diff when the ladies give you props.
I remember sitting back stage at my last show waiting for my class and about three nice looking young ladies came round back to use one of the restrooms. I was just waiting in that area (it was supposed to be closed off) and they commented on my look, asked me what class I was in, etc. It just got me jazzed to get out on stage after that!!!
What made it all the better was they came down to front rows when I got up for my routine!
Totally made a difference in my attitude and presentation.
I couldn't wink at them too much - the Mrs. was in the audience too.....but I did sneak a few in.
