wow he's leaning up great Steve!! Just a couple of tips with the posing,he's bending his arm and the elbow and wrist too far,if he lifts the forearm out a bit his biceps will stand out more Also he's lifting his traps up with the first 2 poses-if you can get him to drop them down then do the pose,his V taper will definitely be enhanced!

Beckie is absolutely right about the posing adjustments. He looks solid, bud. Should be very proud of him. Just keep him practicing the posing (every day till the show) and he should do fine.

We recently made a little adjustment to his diet. His fats are now 25% and his carbs are now 15%. He looks bigger but more ripped! I know that sounds freaky but still! I truely believe that over the course of the diet by steadily reducing his carbs and increasing his fats proportionately he has turned into a muscle building fat burning machine!
