Well gang. It was a fun night in Seekonk. Dot was STUNNING! She made us all SOOOOOOO proud. She walked on that stage with more confidance than some of the vets. She was beautiful, glamorous, and had poise! It was very exciting to see her up there having such a good time.
I think Scrat had an even better time rooting her on!!!! He was extatic, nervous, anxious, and proud all at the same time. His leg was twitching like a mexican jumping bean. The look on his face was priceless.
All and all it was a wonderful night, and a fantastic experience for all!!!
Okay, Okay. So where did she place you ask. Well, she went into Figure, Novice Tall as well as Classic. She did not make the top 5 cut in the Novice Tall, but did win a 4th place trophy in the Classic. Regardless of placing Big Dot is a HUGE winner in our book. Who would have ever though this wonderful couple would be doing what they are doing at this time in there lives. I find it TRULY INSPIRING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D

Thank you all for the compliments. I really had a wonderful time, I learned A LOT and am thinking of my next competition. I borrowed the suit from Jen. She got it from www.dreamwearonline.comI guess I'm going to have to buy my own suit now  How do you post pictures? |
