Next up is the NPC Upper Ohio Valley Championships on April 28th. Its also a national quilifier. I am entering in the novice light weight and open welter weight divisions. Should be a good show and i have vengence in mind.

Decent show. Did this one last year...but there were a couple of "monsters" there...obviously a little chemical engineering.
But overall good time.
