What is the easiest way to post pictures? I am new to this need some help. Thanks in advance Roger

The pictures need to be somewhere on the internet. Lots of sites offer free pic hosting - Imageshack is a good one. Once the pic is uploaded to the net, you can post it by including the URL to the pic inside the image tags in your post. Like this (only without the spaces):
[ img ]http://www.domainname.com/mypic.jpg[ /img ]

Thanks Rich, Hope to have some pictures up soon. Need some honest feedback on what body parts need most improvement to compete in August.
