Mark sent me some pics he is exactly 13 days out. He started using the vitargo yesterday and loves it. I think he is looking good. I want to thank EBA84 for helping us with the final plans. Eric your a true gentleman. Thank you

Do you really find it "wise" to start using Vitargo-or anything- that you don't know how his body is going to react to, this close? Seems like 13 days is enough time to correct a mistake, but why make it in the first place? The kid is looking good, and should do well. Best of luck!

I wanted to get away from the gatorade he was using for a post workout drink. I was able to add it to his diet with enough time to correct if it went wrong, and since I have only heard postive things about it I thought it would be worth a try. He is only using 1-scoop of it, (36 grams of carbs). So I don't think it was that big of risk. But I am glad you brought it up. You guys are trusted family and I need you guys to be honest with me, cause Mark has worked too hard for me to mess things up.

Agree with Beckie about the lat pose. Mark looks terrific and should do very well. You know more than I, Steve, but I would have experimented with the Vitargo after the show. But if he is reacting well to it, that's the main thing.
Best of luck for the rest of the prep and the show.

Anytime Steve. I think the Vitargo is a better choice post workout then the Gatorade. You should look into waxy maize in the future. Pretty good stuff.

Mark is gonna` do well and definately has the potential to go places Steve. You can`t go wrong following Erics advice, the guy knows the game and should actually offer more of his knowledge on the boards, but I guess there are enough psuedo gurus out there who "think" they know it all. Don`t get me started!! LOL Good luck Mark, you`ve got a great team behind you as well as the whole board rooting for you bud!! #arockon6ha#
