I am really getting tired of reading about all the "new" training ideas and theories, out there on the web, and in certain muscle books. It seems that every time you turn around you have a "new" scientific study done, that proclaims that a certain type of training is the best way to train.I see the terms TUT,TUL,HST,MAX-OT,EMG,etc.etc.Then there are the formulas that tell you which rep range ,exercises, and food item is the best ,all described with symbols and number`s, that would have made Einstein scratch his head in bewilderment. You have a million and one gurus on the web ,some are valid, some are not.A lot of times they are trying to convince you to buy a book or course, on why their methods are the best.Did Arnold use any of this bullsh*t in his training?I doubt it!!I think he just trained his ass off on a consistant basis, and ate what he was supposed to eat if I remember correctly. The really sad part about some of this "new" stuff, is that the authors of the articles and studies, look like they never touched a weight in their lives. To all these theory and studies guru`s, I say two words.........JUST LIFT !!!

Oh but Tim, lifting takes time and effort! It's much easier to sit around, debate and theorize!
