Major improvements! Those carbs really did a nice job on him. Imagine what he will look like after the carb up and drying out. You can see a lot more detail because he is fuller. Tell him great job! I looked at his high day online for Thursday and it was perfect.

Don't know about that. Ruhl has the freakiest most muscular I have ever seen. He would be Mr. Olympia if the contest was based off of that one pose.

Looks terrific, Steve (or is that Markus? ;D). You and Eric have worked wonders on Mark, and he should do really well.
These threads should all be consolidated into a training journal, so you have a springboard to refer to for the next show. Was super tracking his progress, and Mark's Uncle Steve deserves to be proud.
