1 week to go. Thanks to EBA84 (Eric) we have a solid plan for carbing up. I think Mark is looking awesome. I'm a little mad at myself for getting too close and the lights washed out some cuts, believe me he is ripping up nicely

Major improvements! Those carbs really did a nice job on him. Imagine what he will look like after the carb up and drying out. You can see a lot more detail because he is fuller. Tell him great job! I looked at his high day online for Thursday and it was perfect.

Looks terrific, Steve (or is that Markus? ;D). You and Eric have worked wonders on Mark, and he should do really well.

These threads should all be consolidated into a training journal, so you have a springboard to refer to for the next show. Was super tracking his progress, and Mark's Uncle Steve deserves to be proud.
