A little off topic, but...... You mentioned the NABBA Nats. I think I, Hoops, and perhaps others are doing that one too! Wouldn't it be cool if WOTW could sweep the show?!?!? ;D We should certainly coordinate our efforts on that one. Perhaps we could make a GREAT weekend out of it!!! Let's think about it!!! Frank, GREAT idea....I'm seriously considering doing that one too....Over 40 AND 50! Keith I think you should Keith! Would be a great show and time with the WOTW crew!!! |

Just heard from a friend that Tim looked incredible and was 4th in the over 40 masters as well as 4th in the open mw!! And both classes were tough.
Way to go, Tim!! Looking forward to you thoughts and some of your photos!!

I almost talked to the show promoter this year to get special seating for the Canton but I have been under the weather and did not get a chance to.

Looks like it confirms what GerryT posted earlier...looks like 4th & 4th.
Has anyone seen/heard from DaMan yet?
Perhaps he is taking a well deserved rest?
Nah...not OUR Timmy! He probably found a really cool gym someplace and is working out! ;D

Hey guys was on the way home when this thread was going on.........got 4th. in both categories,Masters and Open Middleweights. Tough,tough contest but I think it was my best look ever........got a ton of good feedback from old friends that don`t BS and it got me psyched!! Hitting the sack,pics are up on MD`s website.......more tomorrow!! Thanks for the inspiration,and encouragement as always .  |

Thanks Randy.........out of the top 3 guys in the Masters class,this was the winners third time in a row taking the title,the second place guy finished third last year, and really improved this time out,he is also the current Masters Massachusetts overall winner,the third place guy took the Masters overall in 2004,so I was up there in elite company getting 4th. place, which really doesn`t sound like I placed too well,but considering the competition,I was thrilled to make it to fourth,and I beat 9 other guys to get there. In the Open Middleweights,I was estatic to place 4th. also as most of the guys were much younger than me...........I beat 4 guys to take 4th. in this class. I thought I might not have placed in the opens as they didn`t move anybody around on stage and I was to the far right,but was really excited when they called my number for fourth!! Gotta` go bomb legs,I`ll be back with more behind the scenes stuff later. Just wanted to say thanks to Eric Brugh for some great dietary advice which made a big difference in my physique this time out.......thanks brother,see ya` in Harrisburgh!! |

Thank you Mo,you`ll like hearing this story. I stayed at the Boston YMCA....no Village People jokes please!! Anyway,all they had was a community bathroom and I had drank oer 2 gallons of water the day before the show......I decided to invent my own bathroom and use a half gallong jug that I had as my very own personal urinal!! #smileydidisaythat8ws# Anyway again,I filled that sucker up once and then filled it up almost to the top again during the course of the night..................woke up dry and tight and vasculart although the pics don`t show my veins too well.........I had veins crawling all over my body. was rushed onstage both times and never even had a chance to touch a weight to pump up before the Masters class and only did a few curls,triceps,laterals and pushups before I did the Middleweight class..................still worked out in my favor thank God. |
