He looks great Mo! We had a guy of 69 do his first show last year and he was literally 'ripped to shreds'

When you train with Mo, you cant help but come out looking great.... You could even be 100 years of age like Tim, or even 200 like Gerry!!!!!
Fernand and Mo train like animals. True champions. You have to see it to believe it. I wish Fernand all the best. He is a great guy. It was great to get to know him.

Jen and I just got back from Fern's show. It was such a great time to see Him, His wife, Mo, and Marie Eve.. Fernand looked FANTASTIC.. He placed 3rd in a very tuff masters class. The show itself could have been run a little better, but what are ya gonna do? Still, soooo much fun!!! Everytime we get to spend with these people is sure to be great!!! After the show we went out to Chilli's and enjoyed some bacon cheese burgers and fries. With diet cokes of course.. Oh , wait, Fern had a regular Coke. He's not dieting anymore, where as Jen and I are  I am sure Mo will chime in with some more details... |

Thanks for the report Randy! Fernand and I had a great Time in New Hempshire this past week end! It was my first time in the states and I truly enjoyed it! Fern had to face some tough competitors Saturday (in fact this 50 and over winner could have won the overall!!!! ), but he was more than ready and performed very well! He was extremely proud of his 3rd place trophy… but I believe his wife was even more! He faced a lot of adversity during this contest prep (torn is bicep, hurt his back and caught the flu) but at 64… he prouved that determination is the key to success! Fernand and I had a great time back stage! Good friends, a woderful sport, an healthy life style… what else can we ask for? Some Figure girls pumping up right beside us? Yeah maybe  Again Randy, it was greeeeeat seeing Jen and you again… I cant wait until the end of June to see you both once more! We know you'll be dieting so we'll be nice to you and eat some diet food with you: Bacon chesseburger, pizza or T-Bones… with DIET coke! |

Mo was right. The guy that one his class could have won the whole show. He could have beatn anyone of any age as far as I am concerned.. WOW!!! (Tim may know of this guy) Dont lie, Mo.. This was your second time in the US.. Congrats AGAIN to Fernand. He looked sooooo GREAT. Seriously! We were all very proud of him. |
